[求医问药] 做爱体验极差，求各位指点，是不是跟大飞机有关

我大概是从08年开始撸，一开始是一周3~4次到后来1天一次一直到18年认识了女朋友才停止，第一次的时候是正常硬的起来的只是阈值有点高半天没射，后来也出现过和楼主差不多的情况，戴套的时候正常但是一到要插的时候就软下来了，也试过插着插着软下来，后来慢慢的就没这种情况出现了
    1；你要戒撸或者一周1次，慢慢把身体调理过来
    2；放松心情，压力太大或者太过在意是否勃的起来也会对自己有影响
    3；开始前可以适当调情，比如看看毛片，用下跳蛋，说些情话或者脏话都行
    4；其次就是要锻炼和合理的休息了，身体健康比什么都重要
