这是生理发展的必然啊，我也遇到了差不多的情况，没有了二十岁左右时的冲动
体力大大下降，以前一天做一次完全没问题，现在两三天做一次都觉得累
而且一晚只能做一次，做两次的话做着做着小弟弟就硬不起来了
我心态倒还不错，快三十了，也只能接受这样的现实了
