[求医问药] 如何锻炼龟头敏感的？

如何锻炼龟头敏感的？

【咨詢人病因，症狀】：本人平时喜欢看AV打枪，自从高中就开始了，不知道是什么原因，自从真正和女友做爱后，发现每次的持续时间都不一样，既试过三四分钟就射了，也有试过上半个小时都没射，最后女友都累得不让我插了，害我对着她打枪，不过自己打枪又很快就能射了……请问怎样才能保持一个长短适中，令双方都满意的时间啊？还有的就是我包皮有点长，平常状态包着龟头的，勃起能够正常露出龟头，小时候去看过医生说不用割包皮，现在我究竟还要不要去割呢？这会不会对我的性爱时间有影响呢？这么大一个人我不想去给医生看JJ啊……而且听说割了后要很久才能够正常走路。不割的话有没什么办法可以锻炼一下龟头的敏感度啊？
