最近我也在尝试戒撸，不过我打算循序渐进。正好在站内看到有个用来增大的锻炼方法，就决定每天用一个多小时来锻炼jj，代替撸管，效果还挺明显的，因为整套动作做完手会很累，整个人也能从兴奋到镇静，先练个一个月，也能戒一个月。
