苦海无边，回头是岸

正如楼主所说的，年轻人最致命的的缺点在于缺少经历，有些事情只有经历过才明白，甚至后悔。我也是个手淫者，刚开始的时候没有什么感觉，贪婪一时的快感，但是，慢慢的感觉自己的身体不对了，手淫让我没有自信，找不到女朋友，害怕跟别人交往，发现自己的身体大不如以前，没有以前强壮，精力衰退，容易疲惫，哎自暴自弃。我感到害怕，感到后悔，我顿时才醒悟，如同当头一棒 ，打醒自己。我一定要下定决心，戒除手淫，苦海无边，回头是岸。并奉劝各位手淫者引以为戒。
